After waiting at least ** minutes each time, and after they confirm my identity, I explain how it has been difficult with me to file for my biweekly online, next thing thing you know I'm disconnected. I can understand if this happens once or twice a month but when It happened * times in row in less than * days. can somebody explain to me what I'm doing wrong? and if I was, hypothetically, right about everything I just said, who do I go to to get my civil rights of unemployment because what has been happening to me ain't civil at all and I don't know enough to fight and complain these ********
