~bsswaney: I work but I have rain days so I need partial unemployment. So they told me when I work to say no claim for that week so I did. The nexttime I went to file they held up my pay from the week I was off because they closed my claim. So they told me not to call in when I work & just reopen the claim when Im called off. So I did & then online said I had to make an initial claim but then it wouldnt let me put my hrs I worked in. So I tried to call & waited for over an hr. Then they said they couldnt hear me. I was on my magic jack phone because I cant afford to sit for an hr on hold & go over the min on my cell phone. So I gave her my cell to call & she wuldnt do it. there hast to be an easier way to file for partial. If they cant handle the call volume hire some of the thousands of people that arent working. It is ridiculous to wait for an hr every time they hold my check up for some dumb reason. Someone out there please help us all we want is to get the money we worked for.
