GetHuman-376756: VERY frustrated. My subscription is suppose to be * year and was cx by a third party * months early so People tells me to call them, they have no record of me and say that was a mistake and said People sometimes passes customers off. After several calls each biz seems to be sending me back to the other but third party has no record of my biz and said they do not charge even though I write a check each year directly to People.I am angry that I am owed * months of magazines I paid for and no one is taking responsibility to see I get them without paying for a new subscription.
