GetHuman-278301: I helped my wife's friend in China sign-up using Western Union to pay for * months. On ******, they accepted payment. On *******, her account was downgraded and they told her the money had been refunded. Contacted them at this number, wanted to talk to their billing office, but call center supervisor said he didn't have the number. He said he'd make sure it was cleared up within **-** hours. That was at the end of September. Still getting the run-around. It's a scam. Corporate hides behind their call centers. They'll accept payment anytime, night or day, but refunds require contacting their call center (no way is this customer service) and apparently, never happen.
