~kathyu: I have been buying clothes & gifts on & off from this company for ** years! Every single time I move & change my address they stop sending me catalogs! I have to call to complain & I am telling you they put me through the ringer! They inadvertently blame ME every single time! Like I should be punished for moving! I tell them that I need to purchase something by a certain date & I end up having to pay extra shipping (for * day or overnight) because I did not receive the catalog on time. I don't like shopping online that much & I have been a victim of identity theft so I prefer a catalog. They proceed to tell me that oh, you are duplicated here in the system & they have an address I lived at * years ago!! Yet, always some excuse why I have not gotten my catalog. They NEVER offer me free shipping or try to make it right...EVER. Their prices are on the higher side too. So these aren't lower prices that the average person can afford. You'd think they would want to keep a customer! They pass
