GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-birden: When I step outside of the showers, I step on a wet, slippery, & smooth surface. Is it possible to put a "-" rubber matt, or the same material that is in the locker room the length of the stalls there? I think that would be an inexpensive way to quite concerns about falling. I am a yr. old heavy male with arthritis. If it is too expensive for the company to shoulder, if you put a petition to sign up for donations, maybe some of the members that use the showers would kick in a little. Louis

GetHuman-birden: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-birden: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Planet Fitness's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-birden: For that I would say three out of five.
