~ireneianderson: I called in reference to your pipeworks toy that you use to sell (years ago) I know so many people wanting them however when looking for a set the only place they can be found is on craigslist. I called customer service and asked about this and why it is no longer available, was told it was a marketing decision. Are you joking me do you realize the only place to find them now is on craigslist and the price is insane. Marketing might want to rethink their decision and inquire and do research to how many people are looking for this toy.

~ireneianderson: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
