~TrickyDizicky: Dear Sony,***(written early **** and archived)** **I work as a Quality Manager for a well known medical device company. If any of our products ever fail to meet the expectations*requirements of a customer, especially if that product is brand new, we honor the issue by immediately replacing the device to make things right. Sony, on the other hand, seems to not care about the products that they produce and if a customer buys a faulty device it is on their dime to get a replacement. From a business standpoint I do not understand the logic, but I have seen corporate giants ignore consumer happiness since overall their profits are doing fine.** **The point of this email is to highlight one of your customer experiences in purchasing one of Sony's highest produced products. I have previously bought the original Playstation and Playstation II. The original did not give me any problems, but the PSII caused me grief so when the Xbox came out I decided to give it a try and followed that up b

~TrickyDizicky: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TrickyDizicky: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Playstation's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TrickyDizicky: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Playstation customers?
~TrickyDizicky: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Playstation to know who you are.
