GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Playstation customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~BroCook357: Support is too general. Techs immediately said here was no help they could provide. Told me I needed to contact my back. Never once thought this could be their problem. I've waisted * days trying to fix an issue which is no doubt PSN related. I'm active duty military deployed overseas so to wake at crazy hours and call to receive no "support" is unacceptable. God forbid we served th US to the standard of hep we receive form PSN techs. I see why everyone is switching to Xbox! If you want to contact me I'll be waiting. *****@***.com. I'll definitely spread the story of this horrible experience to my brothers and sisters at arms!
