~Just some Help: They are terrible called for support about single or duel lense on older Fat model that do not even service anymore after I told them what the problem was they wanted my email addy then told me they couldnt help me....asked to talk to to a tech and they refused me I asked them to lose my addy why would thry want it and I dont want to any of thier offers I refuse to buy anything from them now I was going to purchasing a couple PS* but ***** that Im going XBox * my son has XBox Live and thier support is awesome

~Just some Help: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Just some Help: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Playstation's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Just some Help: For that I would say three out of five.
