GetHuman-222505: This is what I keep sending with no response:(**Good after noon,*I know you guys are very busy and short handed:(*I'm still trying to get on this site. I know once before I was told it was because the account associated with this email address is not an active profile on POF.com. No matter what I do it won't let me log in or even let me put in a users name. I have spent hours after hours trying. I even tried deleting my profile but I can't. I was told two times on here they were going to reset everything but it still doesn't work. So I'll ask kindly again, could you please help?**Thanks Steve
