~nickgage1163: I am writing this complaint here to illustrate just how immensely difficult it is attempting to contact Pogo customer service (which should be a given). My initial complaint involves what I personally believe to be a frustratingly capricious and blatant disregard for both theoretical and practical statistics in the game "Ride the Tide". This game, which is a relatively simple game of statistic driven betting, has frustrated users like myself for extended periods of time due to the loaded nature of the algorithm that turns out the cards. Although I love Pogo and have never had a problem with the site in the * years I have been a member, I only started playing this game * days ago and already have been heartily discouraged from playing. More times than I can recall I have lost hands on astronomical odds that have left me quite perturbed. The final straw was landing * straight arrows and a red shark on the final panel in the bonus game. The odds of that are in the thousands, tens of thous
