GetHuman-177505: I ordered a new pool cue with *nd day shipping, and the product I received was damaged. They were prompt to answer my questions, unfortunately they made a decision to ship the replacement UPS ground even though the mistake was on their part. The product arrived a week later than I needed. Since it was their mistake, they should have shipped the replacement ASAP, but didn't.
