~Frank: Message: Dear Sir, I have had many problems with my pool. I called you * weeks ago to order parts and you said you would call back. I called twice and nothing. I finally got parts from another company. After finally getting my pool together, I noticed that I was missing half the nuts and bolts for the pool wall. I spent ** dollars at Lowes for replacement parts. I was also missing * pool cove pieces. I had to make my own. The final straw was yesterday when finally got my pool pump installed. It ran for a minute and then shut off. I have a good working knowledge of pool pumps and I know that it was set up correctly. The pump has defects. It is now at a repair facility because I have seen your company's BBB complaints and felt that I would get nowhere with this. I don't think any of this will help given the amount of complaints your company has but I feel you deserve a chance to make it right. Thanks
