GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Porsche customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~docsatisfy: My wife purchased the Porsche Cayenne S we had Ignition problems. We*€*ve had it serviced *times for the same issue and still not resolved. In taking the vehicle to be serviced my wife has been treated badly they have shown little to no respect. And I am quite angered by this as much money was spent on this vehicle for it to fail shortly after the purchase and to be treated with no respect afterwards .I m seriously thinking of taking this matter to the public forum as well as better business. Mercedes and Cadillac treated us like family compared to this. When the car was being serviced we were suppose to get a complementary vehicle until our car was fixed they gave us Chrysler PT Cruiser which is an embarrassment for a replacement vehicle when we bought a **,*** vehicle.If that had been Cadillac or Mercedes they would have gave her none less then what she brought in to be serviced . I m sorely disappointed in the way they have treated my wife and this ongoing issue. And I want satisfac
