GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-wendyhaw: There was a package to be delivered today **-**-**** and I did see the package it was delivered at *:** this afternoon I came came home at *:** and there was nothing I think the postal guy delivered it to the wrong person if so somebody owes me money for this

GetHuman-wendyhaw: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Post Office's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-wendyhaw: For that I would say three out of five.
