GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Postal Annex customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Notahappycustomer: The owner (Chris) of the Postal Annex in Colorado Springs at Research and Lexington in the Albertson's shopping center is a raving lunatic. She treats her employees awful even in front of customers. I was a customer for a while, but the way she treated them and how they complained about her to us, makes me NEVER to want to go there or to any Postal Annex again. It is worth the hassle of dealing with the Post Office to never have to deal with her again. Personally I think Chris really needs to be medicated!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Postal Annex. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Postal Annex problem?
~Notahappycustomer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Notahappycustomer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Postal Annex's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Notahappycustomer: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Postal Annex customers?
~Notahappycustomer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Postal Annex to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Notahappycustomer taken from his Postal Annex customer service problem that occurred on November 11th, 2017.
