GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-alyssasa: I am a owner of lins Asian fusion restaurant. A post mate worker came to pick up and order paid for the wrong one and the people refuse to come get the right order. Now we have * orders sitting here that are not paid for. This is unacceptable from your company. What happened to the wrong order? Where did the food go? We need answers.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Postmates. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Postmates problem?
GetHuman-alyssasa: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-alyssasa: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Postmates's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-alyssasa: For that I would say four out of five.
