GetHuman-147989: Hosting multiple websites with powweb for * years now. Support next to non existent, personnal is for most part incompetent without any knowledge of code and I do not consider my self expert. Every year there is a billing issue. They never send you the bill in advance and then you are in for a surprise. This year my rate jumped from USD **.** to more than USD ***.**. Here actual transcript from Powweb Associate to justify the nearly usd ***.** increase:*From time to time, we do find it necessary to adjust our renewal pricing to make sure that we can continue to deliver the same great service that you've come to expect from us. We always try to make sure that you're aware of any changes to pricing, products or services, and we use your control panel and email as the primary means of communicating those changes. We're sorry if this caught you off-guard, please let us know if we can assist you further in any way.
