~david: was CONFIRMED a price and then prompted me to provide my credit card info. Following that, it said not avail and directed me to other flights $*** more expensive. There is not "cancel" option on the site and trying to get a human being to talk to for cancelation is extreamly fustrating. NEVER NEVER deal with this scam operation!

~david: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~david: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~david: For that I would say three out of five.

~david: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Priceline to know who you are.
