~Pat Fitz: A company with a BIG heart. I had to change the delivery date at the last minute for Mother's Day because my mother was in the hospital. It was too late to cancel the old order, so they wrote new order NO CHARGE so my mother would get her flowers. PROFLOWERS I LOVE YOU AND WILL TELL EVERYONE. The phone personel was Excellent..I couldn't be happier.

~Pat Fitz: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pat Fitz: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Pat Fitz: For that I would say five out of five.
