~gloryj: I CALLED BECAUSE A PROACTIV MACHINE IN NASHVILLE TN AT GREEN HILLS MALL CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD TWICE FOR * ** DAY SUPPLY. THE GIRL THAT I SPOKE TO WAS TALKING THE WHOLE TIME I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. THIS IS THE SECOND PERSON I SPOKE TO SINCE THIS HAPPENED ON SUNDAY, (IT IS NOW TUSEDAY). THE FIRST GIRL SAID THAT IT WAS A FEE THAT WOUL BE PUT BACK IN ** HOURS, THE SECOND GIRL SAID THAT PROACTIV HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MACHINES & THAT I NEEDED TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THE MACHINE, SO WHO IS LYING? I'M SO DISAPPOINTED WITH PROACTIV CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WANT IT CORRECTED.MY NUMBER IS ***-***-****
