~Certification : I attempted for an hour to get through the number listed on the Prometric website. I called this number and I immediately got through to a friendly, professional and helpful representative. I had to navigate through an automated system to get to the correct queue, but, once I was there the representative took care of my reschedule in less than three minutes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Prometric. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Prometric problem?
~Certification : I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Certification : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Prometric's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Certification : For that I would say two out of five.
