GetHuman-201649: I drove my daughter to your testing center in Maitland, FL on Tues. ******* to sit for her test at *PM. Upon entering the testing center, I was taken aback with the aggressive discourtesy of the proctor , "Carmella". Before we could ask a question, we were immediately dismissed with a rude sweeping of the finger and told to wait "out there", indicating we should leave and go wait elsewhere. After a * hour drive, we did not even have an opportunity to confirm that this was the correct location and test time. As my daughter was under enough pressure focusing on the coming * hour test, we left as indicated. I went back to confirm the information myself. This should not have been necessary. Your employee, Carmella, should be advised that *) The students are paying customers who can choose other companies *) The students are under enough pressure when they arrive to do well on their tests and don't need additional stress and *)Rudeness is never necessary. I
