~me: These are inefficient centers and the personnel are ignorant and very rude. The state will be looking into these centers shortly I assure you. Testing is difficult enough without all the ****!

~me: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~me: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Prometric's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~me: For that I would say one out of five.
