~Upset : I called to report an outage, after being on hold for a very long time I got to talk to someone simply to be told that the outage was my fault because of a lack of payment on a deposit that I wasn't even aware I had to pay. Then I was told it would be up to * days to get power back on (it was a Friday afternoon). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me back within *-* hours. I didn't hear from them so I called again, and again. Finally on the third call I got a very nice man to actually track down a supervisor for me to talk to. All was a waste of time because the supervisor was the least helpful of all, he said that the dispatch office was closed and could do nothing for me and it would be Monday or Tuesday before power was restored. I said I would pay extra whatever was needed to get power back on and was told it wasn't going to happen. I find that incredibly hard to believe that there was nothing they could do to turn it on. I was forced to go stay in a hote
