GetHuman-320941: Heavy accent w*woman that I spoke with - wanted to cancel an online order to save PCH shipping costs....ended up order from prior week not in system yet, but that I had ordered "animal pants" - which I hadn't...inquired more while trying to think what that order could possibly be...then it dawned on me that it was "animal PANS" for making animal-shaped pancakes for the grandchild. The friendly & courteous customer service lady & I shared a good laugh - started my Monday out on the right note!!:)
