~Jan: I am so disappointed in the purchase I made. The quality is horrible and not worth the price...the picture was misleading. I ordered cat litter mats, which turned out to be smaller than pictured and the material is cheap. Very not worth the amount spent. Makes me leary of ordering from again. Oh, and I paid the whole amount already...they claim you can make payment installments but if you are late on just one, they add a fee...it just keeps getting out of hand. Just not too happy in dealing with PCH in general.

~Jan: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Jan: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Jan: For that I would say five out of five.
