GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Publisher's Clearing House customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~lbmujones: The individual did not give a satisfactory answer. the official rules in the mailing said no purchase was required to enter but the envelope states do not return without an order.Several places it states no order required to participate. It also says that you must order in order to participate. As it says without an order stamp it will not be processed is very contradict-oral.I have been filling and sending these for over ** years, I have never won anything but I have entered. this is not good for loyal participants.I'll keep trying but please clarify your official rules. You DO OR YOU DON"T.
