GetHuman-250643: I called around midnight PDT and waited over * minutes, and was told my order would be canceled (I wanted to change my order so the shoes were a half size bigger. They said this was not possible but they could cancel my order and I could reorder the larger size). I called back an hour later and was on hold for ** minutes when I was informed I was the "first caller" My order was never cancelled and was shipped. I tried emailing their customer service as well and have not heard back after ** hours.

GetHuman: And what about Puma's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-250643: For that I would say four out of five.
