~PsalmsZ: I had problems getting to a CSR, however after several attempts with the automated system, I was able to get a CSR who answered within One ring, Identified theirself ( Rafael....), Asked how they could help, listend before responding and probed with the correct questions, then answered my question.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Putnam Investments. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Putnam Investments problem?
~PsalmsZ: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PsalmsZ: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Putnam Investments's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PsalmsZ: For that I would say one out of five.
