~Rettarue: I ordered two expensive items, and even though I was charged for both, I only received one. Customer services response was that the items were shipped direct from the vendor. I found the vendor and resolved the issue myself, however I felt it should have been Pyramids responsibility since I ordered through them. Will not order through them again
