GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-taraelli: We booked a room for my daughter's cheer competition in Hershey, PA this coming weekend. Found out there was an error made when registering our cheer squad so we aren't able to compete and our trip was canceled. We are doing a different competition that same weekend in Wildwood, NJ so I was hoping to just change my reservation to a hotel there. Because I booked through hotels.com, Quality Inn says it's nonrefundable and hotels.com told me there's nothing they can do.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Quality Inn. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Quality Inn problem?
GetHuman-taraelli: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-taraelli: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Quality Inn's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-taraelli: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Quality Inn customers?
