This is the thirds instance - *nights ago - same thing.*I did finally speak to a guy sfter the disconnects the other day- but the email he sent back was incomplete - didn't give me the info promised. his accentcould have been better, but not bad. what's up with you guys. ? We just spent *** dollars. remember - cost of customer acquisition - from my days in tech marketing.

~olivia bianchi: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~olivia bianchi: For that I would say five out of five.
