~S Elise: I changed my accts to Randolph Brooks because my daughter had said how good they were. Ask her now & she'll tell you a different story. They're all good until you have a situation come up that's out of your control. She was awarded the truck in a divorce & her ex-husband ran up his credit card after the divorce & didn't pay it. Because his card & the truck were both through Randolph the bank attached it to the truck & she couldn't trade it so she could get something more economical for her & her * girls. She's tried to keep up payments but got behind * payments. She is living out of town now & was depositing her check by e-deposit & trying to deposit so she could make her payment. They stopped her e-deposit because she was $** in late fees & is threatening to repo her truck. She kept her acct in San Antonio because she thought they were so great. There are no branches in Corpus Christi where she is living. I spent an hour at the bank trying to resolve issue so she could deposit her che
