~wha1800: Big Rip off @ Reachout Wireless ,On Mon. **-**-** I had **hours of service built up on my wireless plan using the min. rollover deal. I called Reachout to ask where are min. for this month,as I had yet to receive them.They informed me that first they had to switch me over to the new computerservice they setup before anything.after this and being promised that every thing was fine now, So how come my ** Hrs. of mins. has disappeared and my calls to them go on a merry go round of there voice prompt service Never getting answered or moved to the next level.When I previously spoke to them there Phones had Horrible Reception (CRACKING * POPPING) U could barely understand. Oh yeah I dont want to *get that suddenly my phone had stopped announceing how many mins. were available * calling. This is ****
