~Kat 113: I have never had so much trouble with ReachOut wireless as I had these last two days. I have been trying to get my phone turned back on, through the government program. I have not gotten any answers from their customer services. I have been transferred, I've been hung up point, I've been transferred again, I've been on the phone for two hours trying to straighten this out.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting ReachOut Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a ReachOut Wireless problem?
~Kat 113: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kat 113: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ReachOut Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kat 113: For that I would say one out of five.
