GetHuman-391268: Switch service to new device but they didn't transfer over my **** minutes I previously had. The first time I called I was told that my minutes would be on my phone but they weren't. I called back the next day and waited * hours and was told my minutes would be on my phone within ** minutes. Needless to say its * days later and my minutes are still not on my phone. I called everyday so far but no luck. If you're looking for a dependable and reliable service reachout wireless isn't the company.
