~Lynnard5: I waited more than * minutes and was finally connected...to an outsourced CS rep.She could not understand my efforts to communicate the reason for my call, and after several attempts, I asked to be transferred to a US rep. Another * minute wait on hold. Issue finally resolved. Very exasperating especially after I attempted to resolve this online and never received an acknowledgment of my email nor a response of any kind. Pathetic customer service!
