GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman-svschmid: Title should read unsatisfied with customer service!! I contacted customer service because I accidentally put the wrong movie in my cart when I was ordering online . The movie that was ordered I have already seen twice . When I noticed my mistake I called customer service before attempting to pick up the movie . They were unable to help me switch the movie to the correct one I wanted to see . When I asked so basically I wasted my money ? The customer service agent replied "yes"! Seriously ? This is the kind of response I received ? No attempt was made to offer any solutions , rectify the situation , or even try to make me feel better for the mistake . I understand it is only $*.** . It's the principle . I rent movies from Redbox frequently. When I told her I will just quit using Redbox then, there was no response just complete silence . Once again, no attempt to rectify by the situation. Not only am I going to boycott Redbox I will spread the word to all of my friends that use it as well .

GetHuman-svschmid: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-svschmid: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Redbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-svschmid: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-svschmid: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Redbox to know who you are.
