~Sonia: The person that transferred me to technical control was very pleasant. My suggestion is yes, buy from them, but as a guest, don't create an account with them. Their policy is unethical with regards to passwords. They want for you to tell them the password to use and then you cannot change it to something else. The person who heard, wrote my password, or someone else they assign could then go and using a different computer access my account, and get my information. She insisted that she could not see my credit card, but if she access it as me, she or anyone else who she designates could. Very disappointed. Again the products are good, their policy on accounts is unethical or just not well thought through.
