~Robert Brady: An inadequate reason for the balance on my account when my credit card automatically pays for all payment due prescriptions. A Right Source error not acknowledged by the person I talked to. **Another problem with the automated call telling me that my Doctor did not respond to a Right Source fax is that the message never gives the name of the Doctor. I have many doctors and locations where my RX is originated. I cannot follow up with the Doctor if I don't know which Doctor or what prescription Right Source is referring to. I have made this known on a number of occasions but it doesn't seem to cause any change in Right Source policy. Therefore, I have one choice and that is to ignore the message and let the situation be worked out by someone else.

~Robert Brady: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
