GetHuman-382780: I waited ** min. before I started punching *,*,*... to get a human. I had my Dr. fax my script for Nexium.My script sat for days at Right source without contacting me or my Dr. to let us know that they needed authorization from my Dr. Isn't the fact that my Dr.faxed Right Source my script enough pre-autherization? I was on the phone for one hour(using up my cell phone min.)At the end of the day my Dr. still had not recieved the autherization form. I'VE BEEN WITHOUT AN EFFECTIVE MEDICATION FOR ** DAYS NOW. AND I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT I WILL NOT GET NEXIUM FROM THEM.RSRx is BS.RSRx put people to work answering the phones instead of computers. The low life Republicans(who your industry supported)promised more jobs. Not to be rude but RSRx *****!!!! Please see that the CEO gets this review. I would really like to discuss this if he or she has the guts.
