~PsoriaticPatient: Last year, Humana required use of rightsource for a cold storage $$$$ rx and would not allow me to pick it up at my local pharmacy any more. They start calling me * weeks after every rx is filled. Calls are nonstop until I place order for refill. When, I ask them to call back after a certain date to fill rx, they do not call back at all and instead send a letter to me and my doctor stating they tryed to contact me for a refill and could not reach me. This is the *nd month in a row that they did this to me. So, my choices are to order the $****.** rx when I don't need it, let the phone ring daily & hourly * weeks after every order is placed until I am ready for a refill, or take call ask them to call back and have them send my doctor a letter stating I wouldn't place a refill when contacted?
