~CAMILLE : RightSource found a new way to refuse and delay the refill the medications.* IN Feb. **** I sent Humana a genera power of attorney and a medical power of attorney and a new consent form good for one year from my wife to me.* Today April ** RightSource refused my order to refill my wife's prescription who is paralyzed in bed from multiple scleroses. The reason as they said , You need ne consent. because ** days ago they changed their policy and they no longer accept the previous consent form for one year, they have new consent form for * years.* I did not know about it until now and I did not receive the new consent form.*In mean time and until we receive the new consent form and mail it back, The RightSource representative made her judgment to prevent my ill wife from her medications

~CAMILLE : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
