GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Right Source RX customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~PAPSTISY: Website is filled with bugs! Never works correctly. Either cannot place order or balance is incorrect. Even had wrong name listed on account before.*Call service is worse. Have to repeat personal information to recording to customer care and to pharmacist. It is horrible that HUMANA Ties peoples hand to have to use this service. Right source should be shut down. As the clearly cannot function as a pharmacy. How they have been allowed to continue without Gov. stepping in and shutting them down is crazy!*A dr. should not have to call * times to RSRX to get his RX to go through. To many stop signs put in place and DR. hate using them. How Humana doesn't feel black eyes from this operation is crazy! The will get sued for their actions when someone loses their life because of there inability to function and provide a service that is needed by patience. HUmana needs to holt right source RX services before they are sued for negligence and malpractice.
