~cindy: I was unable to access website given to pay online to receive * free issues. My call was answered immediately, however without any bias, the service rep. had such a heavy Hispanic accent it was very difficult for me to understand her and she became surly and frustrated when I kept asking her to repeat things. We were both trying our best but communication was difficult.
