~SoCalLebowski: Last year they refused to cancel my subscription over the phone, so I wrote them an email a week or two later (because they require it in writing), but they had already charged my credit card a month early and refused to issue a refund. This time I wrote them well in advance. But they still sent me an email asking me to update my credit card info (it expired - thank goodness). So I called, and there was no record on my account * weeks later that I'd requested deactivation. After digging, they found my email request, but... come on! There's a market for a better service.
