GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-simplefo: We live in rural area. We are Senior citizens. The last two years our carrier either failed to deliver the paper we pay for, or they deliver a day or two late. When it is delivered, we don't receive the paper when the Bee said it should be delivered, by **:** a.m. We live one mile from the pick up spot, so it's a pain to drive down a rural road when the paper probably is not there anyway. I would like to speak to someone other than a person in the Philipines to correct this problem. If this is not done soon, I'll charge the Bee for the additional paper I buy.
