~Sparky: Brandon was somewhat hard to understand, but he did take care of the issue I was having and was very good at his job. I do not like all the recordings that safelink has!!! They are awful and most of them don't give the options that you really need. Get rid of them, Safelink and get REAL PEOPLE!!!! Then maybe your customer service will go up a couple of points, but for the most parts, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD!!!

~Sparky: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sparky: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SafeLink Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sparky: For that I would say four out of five.
